At the Clivebourne Sixth Form Centre, we are very proud to offer our enrichment programme. Every Wednesday afternoon, Year 12 students have the opportunity to participate in a range of extra-curricular activities. The aim of the programme is to provide students with a chance to develop new interests and skills. When applying for universities or placements, evidence of wider achievements is just as important as a good academic record. We have a range of activities on offer including Mandarin, Creative Writing, Young Enterprise and Rock Climbing. You can see the full programme and what our students have to say via the link below.

Thinking of applying to Oxbridge?
Since opening in September 2009, we have had a number of successful Oxbridge, Medicine and Dentistry applicants. Trips are organised to both Oxford and Cambridge university alongside information sessions on the rigorous application process. You will receive ongoing support for your personal statement and any interviews that you may be invited to. If you are passionate about your subject and enthusiastic about being challenged and stretched academically, then applying to either Oxford or Cambridge could be for you.
I’m thinking about studying Medicine or Dentistry…
If this is what you are thinking about studying as an option, then we want to make sure that you submit a high-quality application. Throughout your time here, we will have visiting doctors, nurses, anaesthetists and other healthcare professionals come in and speak to you to give you an insight into what it is like to work within the sector. If you decide to apply, support will also be available during the application process including preparation for the UKCAT, BMAT and interviews.
