City & Hackney COVID-19 bereavement service for young people and families

Details of bereavement support is now available through St Joseph’s Hospice for children, young people and families who have lost a family member, care giver or other significant person due to COVID-19.

This is available free of charge to children and young people up to the age of 18 who either live in City & Hackney or are registered with a City & Hackney GP, and will accept self and professional referrals. This document contains further details about the support available, eligibility criteria and how to refer.

Extra mental health support for pupils and teachers
